4th International Conference on Data Mining, Communications and Information Technology(DMCIT 2020) is organzied by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE). The conference will be held in Xi'an, China, from May 21-24, 2020!
This conference aims to provide a platform for researchers and engineers to share their ideas, recent developments and successful practices in data mining, communication and the related topics in information technology. It is expected that with the face to face discussions among peers from different but related areas, new ideas, methodologies and technologies can be produced, and collaborations among researchers in different countries can be facilitated.
We look forward to welcoming you to Xi'an, China on May 21-24, 2020.
●Publication and Indexing
All the registered and presented papers will be published in the volume of IOP-Journal of Physics: Conference Series, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, CPCI, Inspec, and other databases for review and indexing. Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals.
DMCIT 2018/2017/2016 has been indexed by Ei Compendex.

Prof. Anders Lindquist, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China
Anders Lindquist is a Zhiyuan Chair Professor and a Qian Ren Scholar at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an Emeritus Professor at the Royal Institute of Technology. He is a Member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, a Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Moreover, he is a Fellow of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), an Honorary Member the Hungarian Operations Research Society, a Fellow of SIAM (Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics), a Fellow of IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control), and a Life Fellow of IEEE. He was awarded the 2009 W.T. and Idalia Reid Prize in Mathematics from SIAM and the 2003 George S. Axelby Outstanding Paper Award of the IEEE Control Systems Society (CSS). He received an Honorary Doctorate (Doctor Scientiarum Honoris Causa) from Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), Haifa, in June 2010. He is an Honorary Professor of China University of Petroleum in Qingdao, China.
Prof. Yan Yang, Southwest Jiaotong University, China
Dr. Yan Yang is a Professor and vice dean of the School of Information Science and Technology at Southwest Jiaotong University.She is an Academic and Technical Leader of Sichuan Province. She serves as the Vice Chair of ACM Chengdu Chapter, a distinguished member of CCF, a senior member of CAAI, a member of IEEE, ACM, ACM SIGKDD, CCF Education Work, CCF Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition, CCF Theoretical Computer Science, CAAI Machine Learning, CAAI Grain Calculation and Knowledge Discovery Committee, Vice Chairman of Sichuan Computer Society, Vice Chair of Big Data Industry University Research Council of Sichuan Institute of Electronics, and Standing Director of Sichuan Artificial Intelligence Alliance.
Prof. STEVEN GUAN, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China
He is currently a Professor and the Director for Research Institute of Big Data Analytics at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). He served the head of department position at XJTLU for 4.5 years, creating the department from scratch and now in shape.Prof. Guan’s research interests include: machine learning, computational intelligence, big data analytics, mobile commerce, modeling, networking, personalization, security, coding theory, and pseudorandom number generation. He has published extensively in these areas, with 130+ journal papers and 180+ book chapters or conference papers.
Prof. Kwang Sik Chung, Korea National Open University, South Korea
Dr. Chung currently serves as the Vice President/Fellow of The Korea Information Processing Society, Fellow of The Korean Association of Computer Education and The Society of e-Learning. He is a professor at Korea National Open University. By 2019, Dr. Chung had published 66 journal papers (including Future Internet, IEEE, Journal of Physics, Advanced Science Letters, International Journal on Advanced, Science, Engineering and Information Technology, SoftComputing, The Journal of Supercomputing, LNCS, Journal of Information Technology, LNEE, etc.) and 62 conference papers. Currently he has interesting in smart learning and cloud computing for smart learning.
