Employee Engagement is at a low point in the workplace, however, employees are tuned in more than ever, into the organization's they work in. It is a partnership that has been treated as a task checklist. Engagement isn't an action plan, a to do, or a check box.
It also isn't about entitlement. This course will explore what engagement is and how employees can step into a partnership with their leader and organization when the right parameters are there. Learners will have the opportunity to go through a step by step process on the formula for building engagement in the workplace.
