2009 Asia-Pacific Conference on Information Processing (APCIP), is the premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and applied information processing technology. APCIP-2009, bringing together a group of electronic, industrial automation, multimedia and video technologies and computer engineers. 2009 Asia-Pacific Conference on Information Processing proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, ISTP, and so on. Some selected papers will be published by International Journal indexed by SCIE.

APCIP 2009 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. Papers should not exceed 4 pages of text using 10-point size type on A4 inch paper (Word Template). All submitted papers (in PDF) should be written in English. Each paper will be reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work.
