Topics/Call fo Papers

More than 70 percent of our planet is covered by water. The ocean has been the sources of many natural resources, space, energy, food, and even dreams of mankind. The utilization and exploration of the ocean requires the understandings of many different engineering and natural science fields and the importance of this interdisciplinary and systematic approach keeps growing. This has prompted the launching of the new international Journal “Ocean Systems Engineering” and of an“International Conference on Ocean Systems Engineering (ICOSE’11)”as a participating international conference of ASEM’11plus congress. This conference will be a premier international forum that will bring together academics and practicing engineers to exchange frontier research results and emerging technologies in the broad interdisciplinary topics of ocean systems engineering, seismic hazard assessment and seismic risk mitigation. You are cordially invited to attend this interesting event.
