2019 the 2nd International Conference on Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence (PRAI 2019) (http://www.prai.net/) will be held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China at Wenzhou-Kean University during August 26-28th, 2019. The PRAI 2019 is hosted by Wenzhou-Kean University, supported by OPSS-China, Zhejiang University and other organizations and universities. PRAI 2019 will bring together experts from industry, governments and academia, experienced in engineering, design and research to share the leading-edge findings.
◆Publication
All accepted papers will be published in International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-7231-2), indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
Qualified papers will be recommanded to be published on the International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing (IJMLC, ISSN: 2010-3700), indexed by Ei Inspec and Scopus.
◆Keynote &Plenary Speakers
Prof. Keng Siau from Missouri University of Science and Technology, USA, and other three excellent professors from USA and other countries will address the keynote speeches.
