The 13th International Conference on Interactive Mobile Communication
Technologies and Learning, IMCL2019, is part of an international initiative
to promote technology-enhanced learning and online engineering world-wide.
The IMCL2019 conference will cover all aspects of mobile learning as well as
the emergence of mobile communication technologies, infrastructures and
services and their implications for education, business, governments and
society.
The IMCL2019 aims to promote the development of mobile learning, to provide
a forum for education and knowledge transfer, to expose students to latest
ICT technologies and encourage the study and implementation of mobile
applications in teaching and learning.
The conference will also aim to stimulate critical debate on theories,
approaches, principles and applications of mobile learning among educators,
developers, researchers, practitioners and policy makers.

Proceedings:

Only accepted and presented papers will appear in the proceedings if they
have been uploaded before the deadlines. The conference proceedings will be
published as IMCL2017 Proceedings in the Springer series "Advances in
Intelligent Systems and Computing". The books of this series are submitted
to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and
Springerlink.
Presentation types:

On-site and remote presentations are supported!
There are two categories of paper presentations in IMCL2019: “oral
on-site“ and “remote/ pre-recorded“. Authors, who are planning to
participate onsite in the conference, should select “oral on-site”
category. Whereas, authors, who are not able to participate onsite at the
conference, could select the “remote/ pre-recorded” category of
contribution in order to present their paper either from distance (using
skype) or by delivering a pre-recorded presentation (in video or pps/ppsx
format) to the conference organizers (please contact
info-AT-imcl-conference.org).
