EAEEIE 2011 - 2011 22nd EAEEIE Annual Conference (EAEEIE 2011)

The 22nd EAEEIE Annual Conference will take place in Maribor, Slovenia from 13th - 15th June 2011. EAEEIE 2011 is organized by the University of Maribor, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Institute of Informatics, Database Technology Laboratory.

The EAEEIE (European Association for Education in Electrical and Information Engineering) is a European non-profit organization, with members from nearly seventy European Universities, most of them teaching in the area of Electrical and Information Engineering (EIE). The mission of the EAEEIE is to enhance education in EIE through understanding of European education practices, industry participation, continuing education, credit transfer in international exchanges, scientific and educational research, and to determine criteria to establish standards on EIE education.

The objective of the Conference is to bring together lecturers, researchers and professionals in the field of EIE all over Europe with the aim to exchange ideas and information and contribute to the development of EIE education.

The venue is in the heart of Maribor, a beautiful city with the oldest vine in the world. Visiting the city will give you a great opportunity to enjoy Slovenia, No. 5 of the top world destination in 2010, rated by National Geographic Traveller in Places Rated Destination Stewardship survey.

Submission of full-paper manuscripts: March 20, 2011 February 25, 2011
Notification of acceptance: April 15, 2011
Camera-ready manuscript: May 6, 2011
Conference: June 13-15, 2011
