ICMSE 2011 - The 2nd International Conference on Mining, Mine Safety and Mine Environment Protection - Mine Ventilation and Safety

Mining safety and mine environment protection are the foundations of sustainable development of mining industry. Like in many countries, mining industry in China has made great progress while the improvement of technology and management in mine safety and environment protection are urgently entailed. Occupational health and safety in mining industry, including ventilation, safety protection, environment monitoring and protection, fire, explosion and safety management are universally concerned problems.

As a continuation of the first successful International Conference on Mining, Safety and Environment Protection (ICMSE) in 2008, the second ICMSE will be sponsored in Oct, 10-12 in 2011 in Xi'an by XUST, with the purpose of furthering science and technology cooperation and promoting academic communication in the field of mine ventilation and safety.
