Proceeding will be published by Academy Publisher, Finland, which will be
indexed by ISTP, and will be sent to major indexing systems including EI
Compendex, INSPEC. Early Poster session registration Fee: $200 or RMB 1300
before April 30 , 2009

2009'International Symposium on Web Information Systems and
Applications(WISA 2009) to be held in conjunction with Second International
Symposium on Electronic Commerce and Security(ISECS 2009).

A selected number of the accepted papers will be invited for expanding and
revising for possible inclusion in special issues for the following Journal
of Computer (EI Compendex) and Journal of Software (EI Compendex).

The purpose of the 2009'International workshop on Web Information Systems
and Applications (WISA) is to bring together researchers, engineers and
practitioners interested in the technological advances and business
applications of web-based information systems. The conference covering
different aspects of Web Information Systems, including Internet Technology,
Web Interfaces and Applications, Society, e-Communities, e-Business. Areas
of interest include, but are not limited to:

*Paper Submission*

WISA 2009 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. Papers
should not exceed 6 pages of text using 10-point size type on 8.5 x 11 inch
paper (Word Template,http://www.isecs.cn/isip_files/Instruction-A4.doc<http://www.isecs.cn/isip_files/Instruction-A4.doc>).
All submitted papers (in PDF) should be written in English. Submission
implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work.
