The beautiful capital city of Hanoi (Vietnam) with rich culture and history is hosting the 26th edition of the International Conference on Telecommunications (ICT2019). The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for researchers and technologists to present new advances and contributions in the form of keynotes, tutorials, workshops as well as regular and special sessions with the objective to share ideas and progress in wireless communications, networking and signal processing employed to support the needs of the information society. This twenty fifth edition of the ICT event will bring together various wireless communication systems developers to discuss the current status, technical challenges, standards, fundamental issues, and future services and applications. ICT2019 seeks organizing highly-innovative and state-of-the-art research from academia, wireless industry as well as recent advances in standardization. The ICT2019 conference is technically sponsored by the IEEE ComSoc Society. The topics of interest include but are not limited to the following:

Submission:
Acceptance will be based on full paper (5 pages length + 2 extra pages max.). All accepted and registered papers included in the final programme will appear in the IEEE Xplore database and other indexing databases. The regular paper submission has to be performed electronically via the EDAS paper management at: http://edas.info/N25531
