2019 3rd International Conference on Data Mining, Communications and Information Technology (DMCIT 2019) is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE). The conference will be held in Beijing, China, from May 24-26, 2019! This conference aims to provide a platform for researchers and engineers to share their ideas, recent developments and successful practices in data mining, communication and the related topics in information technology. It is expected that with the face to face discussions among peers from different but related areas, new ideas, methodologies and technologies can be produced, and collaborations among researchers in different countries can be facilitated. We look forward to welcoming you to Beijing, China on the 24-26, May, 2019.
●Publication and Indexing
All the registered and presented papers of DMCIT 2019 will be included in Conference Proceeding, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus and Conference Proceedings Citation Index (Web of Science), etc. All registered and presented papers will be online publishing.

Prof. Norman C. Beaulieu Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China
Norman C. Beaulieu is an Academician of Canada and an Academician of Italy, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, Fellow of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), Fellow of the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology), Fellow of the EIC (Engineering Institute of Canada), Fellow of the CAE (Canadian Academy of Engineering), NSERC E.W.R. Steacie Memorial Fellow, and Copernicus Visiting Fellow (Italy). Professor Norman C. Beaulieu conducts research on communication theory and applications, including channel modeling and estimation, simulation techniques, cooperative communication networks, communication signal processing, and MIMO. He has published more than 300 IEEE journal papers, and more than 400 conference papers. Dr. Beaulieu has applied for 17 US or Canadian patents, among which, 9 US patents and 1 Canadian patent have been issued.
Prof. Anders Lindquist Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China
Anders Lindquist is a Zhiyuan Chair Professor and a Qian Ren Scholar at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an Emeritus Professor at the Royal Institute of Technology. He is a Member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, a Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Moreover, he is a Fellow of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), an Honorary Member the Hungarian Operations Research Society, a Fellow of SIAM (Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics), a Fellow of IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control), and a Life Fellow of IEEE. He was awarded the 2009 W.T. and Idalia Reid Prize in Mathematics from SIAM and the 2003 George S. Axelby Outstanding Paper Award of the IEEE Control Systems Society (CSS). He received an Honorary Doctorate (Doctor Scientiarum Honoris Causa) from Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), Haifa, in June 2010. He is an Honorary Professor of China University of Petroleum in Qingdao, China.
Prof. Guandong Xu University Technology of Sydney, Australia
Dr Guandong Xu is a full Professor in the School of Software and Advanced Analytics Institute at University of Technology Sydney.Guandong has had 190+ publications in the areas of Data Analytics and Data Science, Web Mining, Recommender Systems, Text Mining, Social Media and Social Network Analysis, and Predictive Analytics, including monograph books, edited conference proceedings and dozens of journal and conference papers in top venues, e.g., TNNLS, TOIS, TIST, TSC, TIFS, Inf. Sci., IEEE-IS, KAIS, IJCAI, AAAI, WWW, ICDM, ICDE, CIKM etc.
Prof. Jie Yang Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China
Director of Institute of Image Processing and Pattern Recognition, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Head of State Key Discipline of "Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System",He served as the chairman of the Committee of three societies and the Editorial Committee of six journals (2 SCI journals). Five monographs have been published at home and abroad, and more than 400 papers have been published in academic journals and conferences at home and abroad. More than 200 of them have been retrieved by SCI, and he has cited more than 1000 times.
