2019 3rd International Conference on Sustainable Development and Green Buildings (ICSDGB 2019) will be held in Shanghai, China during Mar. 14-16, 2019, in conjunction with 2019 3rd International Conference on Environmental and Energy Engineering (IC3E 2019). ICSDGB 2019 is co-organized by International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS) and APISE, sponsored by Xiamen University of Technology. ICSDGB 2017 & 2018 was successfully held in Suzhou and Xiamen, respectively. We believe that ICSDGB 2019 will be more attractive and meaningful. This conference is a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Sustainable Development and Green Buildings. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We sincerely invite all the researchers, scholars, engineers, students and people are in interested in these areas to take part in ICSDGB 2019.
●Publication and Indexing
All the registered and presented will be included in the conference proceeding, which will be published in the volume of conference proceedings , which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, SCOPUS, Inspec, Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Science (CPCI-S)(Thomson Reuters, Web of Science), NASA Astrophysics Data System, and other databases.
●Keynote Speaker
Prof. Slav Hermanowicz, University of California, Berkeley, USA
Slav Hermanowicz is a professor at the University of California at Berkeley where he has conducted research and teaching in the area of environmental protection with special emphasis on physical sustainability, water and wastewater treatment, and water management. The focus of his research is on metrics of sustainability, integrated water management, water reuse, biological processes in water and wastewater, membrane bioreactors, and biostability of drinking water.
Prof. Gordon Huang, University of Regina, Canada
Gordon Huang is a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Energy and Environment, and Executive Director of the Institute for Energy, Environment and Sustainable Communities at the University of Regina, Canada. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, and the President of the International Society for Environmental Information Sciences. He also acts (or acted) as editor-in-chief for 2 international journals and editorial board member for over 10 journals, and was conference chair or keynote speaker at over 40 international events.
Prof. Cai Yiyu, Nanyang Technology University, Singapore
Professor Cai has been doing interdisciplinary research in Artigicial Intelligence, Virtual & Augmented Reality, Robotics, Simulation & Serious Games, and their applications in Engineering, Medicine and Education. His research has been supported by Singapore’s National Research Foundation, Temasek Trust Funded Singapore Millennium Foundation, Ministry of Education and other public or private sectors with over $20M for projects. In addition to 6 international patents granted, he has near 200 technical articles published in international journals and conferences. Also, he has organised about 20 international conferences and has given over 60 keynote or invited speeches in more than 10 countries including Japan, France, The Netherlands, China, etc.
Prof. Lou Ziyang, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China
Lou Ziyang, is currently a Professor of Environmental Engineering at the School of Environmental Science and Engineering and China-UK Low Carbon College, Shanghai Jiaotong University China. He has work in Technical University of Denmark (DTU) on LCA in waste management as a visiting scholar in 2007 and a Humboldt Fellow of Dresden Technical University, Germany in 2010-2011, respectively. His current research focuses on GHG accounting and abatement from waste sector, hazardous waste assessment and disposal, Renewable landfill technology with low emission, sewage sludge treatment and resources reuse.
