The main scope of the workshop on Artificial Intelligence in Machine Vision and Graphics (AIMaViG’16) is to provide an interdisciplinary forum for researchers and developers to present and discuss latest advances of Artificial Intelligence in these wide and heterogeneous fields.
The workshop covers the whole range of theoretical and practical aspects, technologies and systems based on Artificial Intelligence in the machine vision and graphics area, and aims to bring together specialists for exchanging ideas and promoting fruitful discussions.
AIMaViG'156workshop is conceived as an event associated with the Workshop on Machine Vision and Graphics (MaViG), organized within the framework of ENGINE project (http://www.engine.pwr.edu.pl/pl/). MaViG is a training event taking place at the Wroclaw University of Technology just before FEDCSIS'2015 conference. Communication between Wroclaw and Lodz is fairly easy, what, together with the successive dates of MaViG and AIMaViG'15, gives an opportunity to participate in both events. MaViG is organized primarily for the ENGINE staff, but it will be open for a limited number of guest participants, and it will be free of charge for all participants.
It is planned that the keynote speaker of AIMaViG'16 workshop will be invited by ENGINE project.
