To engage industry and academic communities with high value and innovative
technologies, IEEE Communication Society has recently developed a strategic
framework and is holding a serie of high impact one day Summit in emerging
technology areas (e.g., SDN/NFV, 5G, IoT, Big Data, and Cybersecurity). After
a successful 1st edition of IEEE 5G Summit held at Princeton University in
May 2015 with more than 300 attendees, the 2nd edition of IEEE 5G Summit
will be held at the University of Toronto, Canada. The upcoming IEEE 5G
Silicon Valley Summit is the 3rd one in the series, and will be held at
Google HQ, Mountain View, CA on Monday, November 16, 2015. This one day
Summit will provide a platform for the industry leaders, innovators, and
researchers from the industry and academic community to collaborate and
exchange ideas in this emerging technology that may help in driving the
standards and rapid deployment.
IEEE 5G Summit Silicon Valley speakers include key industry leaders and
eminent personalities from AT&T, IBM, China Mobile, Cisco, Verizon, Stanford
University, Google, UC Berkley, Huawei, Keysight, Intel, Qualcomm, NIST,
Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, and more.

11:59 pm EST on Sunday, October 31, 2015. After that, regular registration fees
are in effect. The advance fee is $50 (IEEE members) / $75 (non-IEEE members).
The regular fee is $75 (IEEE members) / $100 (non-IEEE members). Registration
fee for the full-time students is $25. Registration for IEEE Life members is
$30. Sponsors can also sign up through registration link on the summit's website.
