The International Conference on Selected Topics in Mobile & Wireless Networking (MoWNet'2016) will be held in Cairo, Egypt (http://www.mownet.org) from April 11 to 13, 2016. As an important part of the MoWNet'2016 program, a limited number of workshops will be held in conjunction with the main conference. The workshops aim to explore special topics and provide international forums for researchers to present their early research results and share experiences with focus on more specific research areas than the main conference. We solicit workshops in all areas and topics related to wireless networking, mobile computing, mobile and wireless communications, pervasive computing and networking, as well as mobile services and applications.
All papers accepted in MoWNet'2016 workshops will be published in the MoWNet'2016 Proceedings published under approval by IEEEXplore as MoWNet'2016 has requested the technical co-sponsorship of IEEE Communication Society. The workshops will be held on April 11, 2016.
The workshop proposal should contain the following information:
1. The title of the workshop.
2. Biography of the main organizer(s) (100-200 words)
3. A brief description of the workshop (e. g., the goals and its relevance to the main conference, etc.).
4. The names of potential program committee members (TPC).
5. Expected number of submissions, like contributors, and target audience.
6. A description of the publicity plan (including an URL address).
