Dear Colleagues!
Nizhnevartovsk State University is pleased to announce the 5th International scientific and practical conference "Culture, Science, Education: challenges and perspectives".
We are pleased to invite post-graduate students, young scientists, teachers and staff of educational institutions, specialists, practitioners to take part in the conference to discuss current cultural, scientific and education challenges and perspectives.
On February 9-10, oral reports will be presented during plenary and break-out sessions within several knowledge areas.

A handbook of the conference proceedings /collection of scientific papers (printed and digital), will be published after the conference.
The handbook will be published (article by article) in the Academic Electronic Library of the Russian Science Citation Index (agreement № 1131-05/2014К), as well as in international citation databases.
The collection of conference proceedings - is official: Library-Bibliographical Classifications index, author mark, and ISBN - International Standard Book Number are assigned.
Conference proceedings will be available online on http://elibrary.ru
Deadline for online registration: December 31, 2015. Registration page - http://konference.nvsu.ru. Articles should be attached during the registration.
Organization committee reviews the submitted articles and informs the applicants whether their articles have been admitted to the conference. Upon confirmation, the participants would receive (via email address provided in the application) the bank details for the payment of registration fee.
Payment deadline: January 20, 2016
Specification of costs. Сost of publishing: 1 page - 150 rubles (Russian Rubles - Р). Each co-author has to make a supplementary payment of 200 Р for the article. Cost of an additional copy - 350 Р. Mailing of the conference handbook by regular postal service (if applicable) - 150 Р.
Organization committee retains the right to select and make changes in the submitted papers, as well as the right to check the materials for an unauthorized use of the intellectual property objects.

Footnotes
Footnotes should be put in brackets at the end of the sentence, the first number is the ordinal number of the reference mentioned in the list of references, the number of page is put after comma, a dot is put after the closing bracket (for example, [1, p. 12]).
Automatically numbered footnotes and endnotes are not permitted.
Links to statutory and regulatory documents should direct the reader to the original source website/webpage, links to legal information systems "Garant", "Konsultant" and the use of indirect links are not permitted.
Volume: 4-6 pages
If applicable, information about the financer (grant) or scientific adviser should be typed before the text of the article (in italics).
