MEMRISYS 2015 - 2015 International Conference on Memristive Systems

The recent years have witnessed an explosion of research activities in the area of resistive switching elements, also known as memristors. Such elements are likely to provide: the next generation of memories (RAM, Flash and Disk), material implication logic, a hardware substrate for bioinspired processing and new dimensions for analog circuit design, suitable for solving complex real world problems.
