Intelligent systems refer broadly to computer embedded or controlled systems, machines and devices that possess a certain degree of intelligence with the capacity to gather and analyse data and communicate with other systems. There is a growing interest in developing intelligent technologies that enable users to accomplish complex tasks in different environments with relative ease.
The International Symposium on Intelligent Systems Technologies and Applications (ISTA15) aims to bring together researchers in related fields to explore and discuss various aspects of intelligent systems technologies and their applications. The Symposium will provide excellent opportunities for the presentation of interesting new research results and discussion about them, leading to knowledge transfer and the generation of new ideas.
All accepted papers will be published as a special volume in the prestigious Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing(Springer) Series, indexed by ISI Proceedings, Ulrich's, EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, Zentralblatt Math, MetaPress, Springerlink etc...
ISTA’15 is co-located with Fourth International Conference on Advances in Computing, Communications and Informatics (ICACCI-2015). The technical program of the Conference will include tutorials, regular technical sessions, workshops, special sessions, demos and plenary/keynote speeches. The Conference will be held in Kochi, Kerala, India during August 10-13, 2015.
Kerala, God's Own Country, located on the Southwestern tip of India, enjoys unique geographical features that have made it one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in Asia. Besides its famous languid network of backwaters, rice paddies, coconut groves, tea-covered hills, elegant houseboats and delicately spiced, taste-bud-tingling cuisine, Kerala is home to wild elephants, exotic birds and the odd tiger; and crazily vibrant traditions and snake-boat races.
