MM 2016 - ACM Multimedia Conference

Applications should include a 4-page description of the artistic brief as well as the technical elements of the installation, following the ACM Multimedia format for short papers. Papers need not be anonymous and should be submitted via e-mail directly to the Art Exhibit Chairs. Supplementary material (audio, video, exhibitions leaflets and brochures) should be provided through a web link when available. Artworks that have not been previously on display are expected to be at an advanced stage of completion by the submission date. Enquiries or requests for clarification should be directed to the Interactive Art Exhibit Chairs.
Selection of artworks will be carried out by the Interactive Art Exhibit Chairs assisted by local organisers and members of the programme committee. Criteria for selection will include:
Originality of the artistic concept, aesthetic and/or critical quality
Interactivity and/or richness of the media content
Robustness and transportability of the installation
Relevance to ACM Multimedia in terms of content and technologies deployed
