ICNS 2014 now invite you to submit paper to Electronic Submission System (pdf only：http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icns201...) or icns-AT-saise.org before July 05, 2014. The submitted paper can be in MS WORD format or PDF format (6?pages?15). The Notification of Acceptance Letter will be sent before August 05, 2014. And the Registration Deadline is August 20, 2014
Publication:
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted paper will be published in WIT Transactions on Information and Communication Technologies (ISSN: 1743-3517), which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus and ISI.
