GGSD 2014 - 4th Annual Greenlight for Girls SouthCoast Day

On April 26, 2013, Greenlight for Girls, in collaboration with the UMass Dartmouth Kaput Center for Research and Innovation in STEM Education, will be holding the fourth annual Greenlight for Girls Day- SouthCoast at the University of Dartmouth. The free event is open to girls 10-15 years old who want to learn more about Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. There will be 9 different workshops offered during both sessions, and the workshops each person attends will be randomly assigned. You will find out upon arrival which workshops you will be attending, so until then it will be a surprise! Below, you will find an agenda for the day as well as a list of the workshops. Get ready for a Saturday morning filled with fun and excitement as you engage with others in science!
Agenda for the day:
8:30am - Arrival and Check-In at the main green with the flags on campus
9:00am - 9:45am - Welcome and Kick-Off
10:00am - 11:00am - Workshop Session #1
11:00am - 12:00pm - Workshop Session #2
12:00pm - 12:15pm - Closing
12:15pm - Check-Out and Departure
