i-IDeA 2014 - The 2nd International Innovation, Design and Articulation 2014

With the succes of i-IDeA2013 and in conjunction with the 40th Anniversary of UiTM Perlis, UiTM Perlis will organize The 2nd International Innovation, Design and Articulation (i-IDeA2014) with the theme “Empowering Research, Innovation Ideas and Entrepreneurship Towards Sustainable Economy”.
i-IDeA2014 is an international competition that highlights innovative products and creative ideas. It promotes the culture of research, innovation and entrepreneurship among the participants locally and abroad. The competition is a link between inventors, researchers and industries to share their products and creative ideas that can be commercialized.
The program has the following objectives:
To showcase innovation, invention and designs which are produced and created by academicians and non-academicians, students from local and foreign higher education and including Malaysian secondary education.
To create a platform for research groups among local and foreign academician and non-academicians in commercializing their innovations and ideas.
To steer innovative culture through research and at the same time create research awareness among the experts particularly the UiTM Perlis community.
To realize and develop cooperation among participants in the commercialization of the ideas.
To produce and stimulate creative talents among potential innovators by organizing related activities during the program.
