IEEE-ISIE 2014 - International Symposium on Industrial Electronics

IEEE-ISIE is the largest summer conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, which is an international conference for sharing breakthroughs in research, emerging technologies, and success stories in industrial electronics and its applications. IEEE ISIE 2014 is the 23rd IEEE International Symposium on Industrial Electronics which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey during June 1-4, 2014. Researchers and engineers from industry, research, and academia are cordially invited to participate in an array of presentations, tutorials, and social activities for the advancement of science, technology, engineering education, and fellowship.
Location: The organizing committee of ISIE 2014 extends a cordial invitation to you to come to Istanbul to meet renowned scholars and practitioners not only from the region but also from many different parts of the world, at a place that is reputed to be one of the most attractive cities of the world. It is a unique city in the world being on two continents and was the capitol of three great empires, Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman and two religions, Christian and Islamic, for more than 2,000 years. Istanbul continues as the commercial, historical and cultural force of Turkey, and its excellence and mystery is based on distinctive conflict and contrast including old and new, religious and secular, Asian and European and mystical and earthly. Istanbul, being a hub from West to East, is easily accessable from all parts of the world by its two airports.

Paper Submission: Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit regular papers of their work in English (full paper length: up to 6 proceedings pages). Accepted and presented papers will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in conference proceedings, which will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, once it meets the requirements of an IEEE quality review. It will then be customarily indexed by EI Compendex.
Special Sessions: Prospective participants of ISIE 2014 are encouraged to organize special sessions (5-6 papers) in a particular area within the symposium topics. Those interested are requested to contact Kim Man at eekman-AT-cityu.edu.hk for details.
