ISBRA 2014 - 10th International Symposium on Bioinformatics Research and Applications (ISBRA 2014)

The 10th International Symposium on Bioinformatics Research and Applications (ISBRA2014) will be jointly held with the 8th International Frontiers of Algorithmics Workshop (FAW2014) in June 28-30, Zhangjiajie, China.
The International Symposium on Bioinformatics Research and Applications (ISBRA) provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and results among researchers, developers, and practitioners working on all aspects of bioinformatics and computational biology and their applications. Submissions presenting original research are solicited in all areas of bioinformatics and computational biology, including the development of experimental or commercial systems.
An extended abstracts(up to 12 pages in Springer LNCS format) can be submitted via the online submission system: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isbra2.... Submission implies willingness of at least one author to register and present at the symposium.
The authors will orally present for their abstracts at the symposium and should choose one of the following two tracks for each submission. Firstly, publish the extended abstract in LNBI Proceedings and a 30-50%-extended version in one of the ISBRA’14 special issues in IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, IEEE Transactions on NanoBioscience, Advances in Bioinformatics, or International Journal of Bioinformatics Research and Applications. Secondly, publish an abridged one-page abstract in LNBI Proceedings and a full-length paper in one of the ISBRA’14 special issues in BMC Bioinformatics, BMC Genomics, or Biomed Research International.
