The purpose of this Pre-ICSE Workshop on Software Engineering organised by the Computer Society of India - Ahmedabad Chapter in association CSI-SIGSE (Special Interest Group on Software Engineering) is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners involved in software engineering belonging to this region to present their research works/ in-practice reports as a pre-cursor to their possible selection for presentation and publication in ICSE-2014 proceedings.
