The 2013 Second ICT International Student Project Conference
Originated from the success of the First ICT International Senior Project Conference in 2012, ICT-ISPC 2012 provided the major venue for undergraduate students to present their valuable project work in a peer-review conference style with the acceptance rate of approximately 65% of many outstanding works. The objective of ISPC is to leverage and preserve the value of hundreds of student research and project works to share and to link to the ICT industry and community.
This year, ICT-ISPC 2013 or The 2nd ICT International Student Project Conference aims to extend the international forum to both undergraduate and post-graduate students majoring in ICT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and other IT-related disciplines to present their practical project and research works and to share their ideas under the theme of software innovation. Participating in this conference, students will not only gain valuable experiences from sharing and competing their projects with students from different countries, but they will also have a chance to materialize their ideas by presenting them to representatives from various prominent companies who eagerly look for innovative ideas to create new products that could change the world using their vast resources.
ICT-ISPC 2013 will be held on March 29, 2013 as a multi-site conference hosted together by three partner universities including
Faculty of ICT, MU, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand
Faculty of Engineering, Department of Computer and Information Sciences, TUAT, Tokyo, Japan
Faculty of Computer Science & Information Systems, UTM, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The conference is held physically at three co-host universities so that the students who have limited budgeting will have opportunity to participate in the outstanding conference and only those selected best-papers will be required to participate at the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Thailand designated as the main conference venue this year. However, any students who would like to join the conference at Mahidol University, Thailand are also welcome. Student authors and participants from three countries will virtually participate in the conference via video conferencing setup at MU, TUAT and UTM.
