AASC 2012 - first Asian and African Stereology Congress (AASC)

first Asian and African Stereology Congress (AASC) to be held in Samsun at 6-8 November 2012. Samsun isa city in northern Turkey, on the coast of the Black Sea, with a population of over 1 million.
Modern design-based stereological techniques, which are known to be the gold standard for morphological studies, are now crucial for all investigators working in the field of quantitative morphology. In congress, we are going to discuss basic subjects of modern stereology at the light of workshop and both posters and oral presentations.
We promise you very comprehensive scientific and social programs. There will also be Pre-Congress Stereology Workshop for supporting knowledge to young investigators.
We are very excited to meet you in the historical and mystic atmosphere and the amazing panorama of Samsun again to share and upgrade our knowledge on the science of stereology and morphometry along with the technological progress.
