MUM 2012 - 11th International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Multimedia

MUM 2012 is a leading annual international conference, which provides a forum for presenting the latest research results on mobile and ubiquitous multimedia. The conference brings together experts from both academia and industry for a fruitful exchange of ideas and discussion on future challenges, in a comfortable and effective single track conference format.
The 11th International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Multimedia (MUM 2012) will be held in Essen, Germany, December 10-13, 2012. It is organized by the Mobile HCI group of The Ruhr Institute for Software Technology of the University of Duisburg-Essen.
In addition to the peer-reviewed accepted papers, the conference program will include keynote presentations, posters, demos, an industry track and a doctoral consortium. The technical program will be complemented by several social events to facilitate informal discussions and networking among the conference attendees and invited guests.
Best Paper Award and Best Student Paper Award will be presented for outstanding contributions.
The participants of MUM 2012 will be able to enjoy the well-known International Essen Christmas Market ("Weihnachtsmarkt"), the Christmas illuminations and German as well as international Christmas presents, food and entertainment.
