2020 International Workshop on Smart City and Intelligent Systems (WSCIS 2020) will be held in Shenzhen, China, from Nov. 26 to 29, 2020! WSCIS 2020 is organized by Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers.
WSCIS 2020 welcomes articles in the field of Smart City and Intelligent Systems, dealing with new developments in theory, analytical and numerical simulation and modeling, experimentation, demonstration, advanced deployment and case studies, results of laboratory or field operational tests, under the general theme of Smart City and Intelligent Systems.
●Publication and Indexing
All the registered and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceeding , which will be submitted to Engineering Village, SCOPUS, Thomson Reuters(Web of Science) and other databases for review and indexing.

Prof. Dan Zhang,York University, Canada
Dr. Zhang is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), a Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC), a Fellow of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and a Fellow of Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering (CSME), a Senior Member IEEE, and a Senior Member of SME.Dr. Dan Zhang is a Kaneff Professor and Tier 1 York Research Chair in Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics at York University.Dr. Zhang's research interests include robotics and mechatronics; high performance parallel robotic machine development; sustainable/green manufacturing systems; rehabilitation robot and rescue robot.
Prof. DP Sharma, AMUIT under UNDP & Academic Ambassador, Cloud Computing (AI), IBM, USA
Prof. DP Sharma is a strategic innovator and international orator. He is the recipient of 49 National and International Awards and wide range of appreciations including India’s one of the highest civilian Award “Sardar Ratna Life Time Achievements International Award- 2015” (in memory of first Deputy Prime Minister of Independent India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel). He has published more than a dozen of Books (i.e. 16 Text Books & 6 distance education book series as writer and editor) on various themes of Computer & IT and 131 International research papers/ articles (Print & Digital) in refereed International Journals/conferences.
Prof. Amir H. Gandomi, University of Technology Sydney, Australia
Amir H. Gandomi is a Professor of Data Science at the Faculty of Engineering & Information Technology, University of Technology Sydney. Prior to joining UTS, Prof. Gandomi was an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, Stevens Institute of Technology, USA and a distinguished research fellow in BEACON center, Michigan State University, USA. Prof. Gandomi has published over one hundred and eighty journal papers and seven books which collectively have been cited more than 15,000 times (H-index = 58). He has been named as one of the most influential scientific mind and Highly Cited Researcher (top 1%) for three consecutive years, 2017 to 2019. He also ranked 18th in GP bibliography among more than 12,000 researchers.
Prof.Haijun Zhang, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, China
Professor, School of computer science and technology, Harbin University of Technology (Shenzhen). The main research directions are multimedia data mining, machine learning, visual chain learning and optimization, service computing, etc. He has published more than 50 papers in IEEE Transactions on neural networks, IEEE Transactions on knowledge and data engineering, IEEE Transactions on cybnetics, IEEE Transactions on industrial information, IEEE Transactions on mobile computing, pattern recognition and other top international journals. Served as deputy editor in chief of international journals such as neurocomputing, pattern analysis and applications, and Neural Computing & applications.
Assoc. Prof. Simon James Fong, University of Macau, Macau S.A.R., China
Simon is now working as an Associate Professor at the Computer and Information Science Department of the University of Macau. He is a co-founder of the Data Analytics and Collaborative Computing Research Group in the Faculty of Science and Technology. Prior to his academic career, Simon took up various managerial and technical posts, such as systems engineer, IT consultant and e-commerce director in Australia and Asia. Dr. Fong has published over 432 international conference and peer-reviewed journal papers, mostly in the areas of data mining, data stream mining, big data analytics, meta-heuristics optimization algorithms, and their applications. He serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Network and Computer Applications of Elsevier (I.F. 3.5), IEEE IT Professional Magazine, (I.F. 1.661) and various special issues of SCIE-indexed journals. Simon is also an active researcher with leading positions such as Vice-chair of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Task Force on "Business Intelligence & Knowledge Management", and Vice-director of International Consortium for Optimization and Modelling in Science and Industry (iCOMSI).
