5th International Conference on Design, Mechanical and Material Engineering (D2ME 2020) will held in Suzhou, China during Sept. 25-27, 2020. D2ME 2020 is organized by Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers, technically sponsored by Royal Melbourne Institue of Technology University(RMIT University), Swinburne University of Technology, The Australian National University and . The conference is an international forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Design, Mechanical and Material Engineering.
●Publication and Indexing
All submissions will be peer reviewed, and all the registered and presented papers will be published in Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted to Engineering Village, SCOPUS, Thomson Reuters(Web of Science) and other databases for review and indexing.
Selected excellent presented papers with extension will be recommended to publish in the Special Issue of AIMS Materials Science (ISSN : 2372-0484), which will be indexed by Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI - Web of Science), Scopus, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), etc.
Selected papers with great extension can be recommended to publish in Current Mechanics and Advanced Materials, ISSN: 2666-1853 (Online).
Selected papers with great extension can be recommended to publish in International Journal of Advanced Materials and Production (ISSN: 2520-436).
D2ME 2016/2017/2018/2019 conference proceeding has been Indexed by Ei/SCOPUS.
●Keynote Speaker
Prof. Gong Hao, National University of Singapore, Singapore
Dr. Hao GONG is a Full Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at National University of Singapore. He is also the coordinator of the transmission electron microscopy laboratory at Department of Materials Science and Engineering. His research interests include transparent oxide conductors and semiconductors (n-type and p-type), energy storage materials and devices (mainly supercapacitors), energy harvest materials and devices (mainly solar cells), gas sensors, functional thin film and nano-materials, materials characterization (mainly on transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction).
Prof. Bi Zhang, Southern University of Science and Technology, China
Bi Zhang is currently a Chair Professor and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the College of Engineering at the Southern University of Science and Technology in China.Professor Zhang has been working on precision and ultra-precision machining and achieved notable academic attainments in machining of difficult-to-machine materials. He proposed the material response mechanisms based on pulverization in grinding of hard and brittle materials, which was world-wide accepted.

Director of Institute of manufacturing technology and equipment automation, School of mechanical and power engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, member of international Abrasive Technology Committee, vice president and Secretary General of cutting advanced technology research association of China cutter Association, editorial board member of International Journal of nanomanufacturing, International Journal of precision engineering and Manufacturing editorial board, diamond and abrasive tool engineering editorial board.
●Invited Speaker
Assoc. Prof. Qian Bai, Dalian University of Technology, China
Associate Professor, School of mechanical engineering, Dalian University of technology. Professional direction is machinery manufacturing and automation, material processing engineering.
Assoc. Prof. Jianyu Yuan, Soochow University, China
Associate researcher, functional nano and soft matter laboratory, Suzhou University. Mainly engaged in the research of new solar cells based on conjugated polymer / perovskite nanocrystals, including new material design, interface / morphology control, energy loss mechanism and stability research. China has authorized 5 invention patents, presided over and participated in a number of provincial and national research fund projects.
