Due to health concerns and associated travel restrictions being put in place in view of the COVID-19 coronavirus，The organizing committee of ECNLPIR 2020 has made to decision to change ECNLPIR 2020 to an online conference during same dates on September 16-18, 2020. ●ECNLPIR 2020 provides researchers and industry experts with one of the best platforms to meet and discuss groundbreaking research and innovations in the field of Natural Language Processing and Information Retrieval. 
International invited speakers are invited to present their state-of-the-art work on various aspects, which will highlight important and developing areas.
