Topics/Call fo Papers

Internet of Things have received tremendous attentions from both academic community and industry field for many years, since these networks are the key underlying infrastructure for realizing sensor networking and cyber-physical computing. Along with the fast development on the hardware and embedded systems, Internet of Things are further developed towards a large number of intelligent & customized applications, e.g., video surveillance, control systems, health care and industrial process control. To eventually realizing these intelligent & customized technologies combined applications, a lot of efforts are still needed from both academic community and industry field. Thus there are many challenging issues, e.g., data mining, limited resource intelligent allocation, cross-layer customization, and intelligent content-aware service.
The objective of this workshop is to bring together state-of-the-art research contributions, tutorials, and position papers that address these key aspects of Internet of Things in Artificial Intelligence. Original papers describing completed and unpublished work not currently under review by any other journal/magazine/conference/workshop are solicited. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
? Novel IoT architectures, deployments, and heterogeneous applications
? Cost-efficient data gathering, transmission, traffic management, and management
? Scalability and mobility issues in cross-layer design and customization for IoT
? Context/content aware approaches for facilitating IoT
? Cooperative transmission for data delivery, and collaborative in-IoT processing
? Sensing in ubiquitous environments,
? Transforming IoT data to context information,
? representing IoT context,
? Activity recognition utilizing context information of IoT
? Middleware for Intelligent IoT
Submission Instructions
Prospective authors should follow the manuscript requirement of TAAI 2014 and submit papers to the online submission and reviewing system. Distinguished papers accepted and presented in ITAI 2014.
